HOW MANY SERVINGS W/4lb.BUTT??
OK> So I was just going to do one 4lb. butt and a small skillet of Ranch Beans for me and the MS. Sun. and watch the race in Texas. Now I here there might be 3 or 4 more people coming over. Think I should take another butt out of the freezer ? I'm definitely going to have to make more beans. Coleslaw too w/ the butt sammies. What do ya think?

I would get another one or two out of the freezer and make sure I had left overs.
