Default smoked turkey

did a couple bone in breasts. cooked at a little hotter temp (250). they turned out really good. they were pretty moist and got done alot faster.

The turkey looks great! I like to use a higher temperature with them too.

no brine this time. they stayed pretty moist but i really watched them and got them off when they hit 155 degrees.
