Default What to smoke

My Q partner and I are having a "Man Night" later in November and are trying to decide what to smoke. We are thinking maybe some lamb or a big Ribeye Roast. Most of our friends have had the ribs, brisket, standard competition stuff so just wanting to make this a little more original.

Ideas?

Thanks

Pig peckers and ABTs stuffed with spicy pork chili for appetizers.

BBQ meatloaf with smoked baked beans and mashed potatoes for the main course.

Stuffed baked apples topped with a dollop of vanilla ice cream for dessert.

Won't take as long to cook so you can spend more time male bonding.

What Hugh said sounds really Great, But instead of the meatloaf, make the Ribeye Roast, I just love Ribeyes grilled or smoked. Of course where I am originally from, we call it a Delmonico..

I like eye of round smoked until 160* internal, then thin sliced on a roll with au jus. Killer sammiches.

you MUST have ABTs and MOINK balls for a man night! The rest is personal choice :)
