Default travelin' T-day turkey

Hey guys,
I gotta friend who is going to smoke a turkey in his UDS for T-day on that Tuesday then has to take it on a 5 hour drive to where they are having T-day. Any thoughts on whether to
1. leave it whole then reheat whole in the oven
2. carve and reheat in foil in the oven
3. carve and vacuum seal then reheat in water

I have never had to try this so was not much help to him and figured some of you have had to do this.

Thanks ahead for any help.

IMHO I would smoke until almost done then leave whole and reheat in oven (that would finish cooking) - That way you have a nice whole turkey to carve at the table.
