Default Simply Marvelous Tuna Medallions and Shrimp **PRON**

Both tuna and shrimp were on sale. Brought them home, drzzled some olive oil on them and a sprinkling of Simply Marvelous...on the grill they went. served up with my cole slaw and some mashed sweet potatoes....Jack opted for a grilled hotdog (not pictured)

That all looks fantastic? How do you make your slaw? Just curious, always looking for new recipes.

This is how my mom and grandma taught me to make slaw.
I don't usually measure so take these amounts with a grain of salt...LOL:

2 bags pre-shredded cabbage (I sometimes shred it more in the food processor)
¾ c mayo
1/4 c sugar
¼ c cider vinegar
2 TBSP celery seed.
Enough milk to thin or make creamier.
Blend all ingredients and add to cabbage. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Awesome! Thank you! I'll whip that up today, to go with some pork loin sammies.

Also gonna grill up some Italian snausages w/peppers and onions. Pron to follow...
