Late Night Rib Test PRON

Testing some sauce flavor profiles with my comp rub combo.
Setting the sauce, since IBCA it has to be "cooked on".

Resting

Midnight and me and the Mrs almost polished off the rack. The trimmings were chopped for a date with BBQ beans at a later date.

Looks might tasty! Don't know why they insist on it being cooked on though. Kinda sucks.

Thanks all. I was a little sloppy with them. I wasn't trying for looks. I did a 3-1-1 on these with cherry and pecan. I need to add a little more heat and I should be good. I'll do a blind taste test next week with a few tasters to get a consensus.
