a friend asked if i could smoke him some chicken livers. i think onions and bacon and maybe some water cheastnut should be invclved any ideas

I've been wanting to do that too, than put them in the food processer with a little sour cream, onion, and worshy sauce and make a smoked liver pate'.

I think you could call that Romocki, if you wrap the livers with the bacon.

Chicken hearts, livers, gizzards... it's all GOOOOD!

As for the livers, just toss in some boiling water with green onion, garlic and salt. Boil for 10 minutes. Done.
