I am trying to figure out how much a full size deep pan will hold as far as people it will feed. Does 1 hold enough for 25, 30, 50 people? I know it's not an exact science, but:
1 pan of pulled pork should feed _______ average people, along with 2 sides. I think pan should have enough for at least 25-30 servings of sides (beans, mac/cheese, etc?).

Depends.....
A pan of beans should feed 50. A pan of slaw i figure for about 40. A pan will hold about 10-12 lbs of pulled pork depending on you pack it. YMMV ![]()
