Default How much sauce?

We're helping a friend out by providing pulled pork for a family gathering. I'm recommending sauce on the side and having a couple of sauce choices. How much sauce should I plan? I'll be providing 5 lbs of pulled pork.

Thanks!

Ron, Someone told me once, when I asked that same thing, that they figure 1 ounce per person.
Hope this helps...

Cool

You making your own? If you are, you might as well make a big batch. I make about 8-12 qts at a time. If you are buying I'd get a bottle of each kind you want.

My rule of thumb is 1 gallon per 100 people.

Thanks, guys! That helps. Sounds like 24 oz will be close. I may just do a quart to be sure.

Thanks BigBrother Smoke. I'm just getting started cooking for large groups but 1 gallon per 100 is what I'm finding works for me too.
