Default First UDS Pron-Pulled Pork-PRON

I picked up a 9.9# pork roast. Rubbed down with salt, pepper, paprkia, and brown sugar. Also used some of Cowboy Chris's BBQ rub. Injected with flat diet coke. Let it sit all day in fridge. Got home from butchering two hogs and started the UDS about 9:30 pm. Got it up to temp, tossed it on and put in the temp probe. Finally a shower and bed! Got up at 12 to check drum temp and all was good. Temp alarm went off at 2:00 and it read 180` so I went back to bed till 4:00. 197`, perfect! Pulled it off wrapped it foil and towels and headed for the deer stand. Got home about 10:00, unwrapped and pulled. It was perfect! Bone pulled right out! Pulled, sampled and threw in fridge. Thanks for all the GREAT advice!

Thanks again!!
