Default Rosettes rules clarification

We are getting ready to cook in a KCBS comp next month and was looking through the rules. It states that "Rosettes of meat slices are not allowed." Can anyone clarify what this means?

Don't roll up the slices. Present them flat and usually overlapping. Search for brisket turn in photos.
