Wings & Pulled Pork Jalapeno Cheese Cornbread Muffins

Needed something to eat for the Texas game tonight. Wings dusted with Yardbird, reaised direct at 350 with pecan for the smoke.

And threw together some Jiffy corn muffins. Added some leftover pulled pork, chopped jalapenos and sharp chedddar cheese.

This meal didn't suck!

I sho nuf like the look of those muffins. There's a pork butt on the Pro q tonight and I'll have to try some of those tomorrow when I pull that bad boy.
