Default Turkey Cheese Soup

Check out the Turkey Cheese Soup in the Bird section of the recipe forum. This week I smoked a roast beef and took it to work for a lunchen. A fellow worker named Sharon brought a crock pot with this wonderful chicken and cheese soup that really complimented the Q. I just couldn't get enough of it. She schreded the chicken but it would be just as good with chunks.
