Family Fun at The Jack?

I'll be arriving in Lynchburg by Friday morning to take the CBJ class there, and am planning to hang out Friday and Saturday. My wife and baby will also be there as will some friends of ours from Chattanooga. The question is, when is the best time for the families to be there? Will there be things going on like team conversations, games, events, and distillery tours on Friday, or is all of that on Saturday? I understand that the cooking area goes "dark" during turn ins, but will there be other things to do? I'm just trying to figure out the best day for our friends to join us and things for my wife to do while I'm learning to judge if that's on Saturday. It'd be nice if there was some form of schedule on the JD website, but they pretty much leave at "There will be events and the distillery will be open."

Tours will be given throughout both days (Fri & Sat).

Games such as Butt Bowling amd the Country Dog Show will be on Saturday.

Not sure what all will be happening on the Square.
