Post Finally Got My UDS DONE!

Thanks so much for all the great info. It is seasoning now. Been holding 250 for about 4 hours. Going to let it burn all night. Lots of things to change on the NEXT one. I have 5 barrells waiting so I guess we'll see what happens. And YES I read the whole UDS thread. Only screwed work out about 3 days! LOL J'K But it was full of great "lessons learned".

Brewmaster Thanks for posting! It was so fun to build too. And yes dgassaway without the beer that thing will fall right over! Held good temps over night. At 9 pm it was 260 and at 6:30 am it was at 150. So I opened some vents and brought it up to 240 before leaving for work so we'll see. Thanks for all compliments!
