Default Don't toss that!

My wife was cleaning out the freezer and found a Foodsaver bag with scraps in it. She usually freezes bad meat until garbage day and was going to throw it out when she noticed writing on it. "What does 'for B.E.' mean?" I froze the points of 2 briskets last May and forgot about them. I said, "No! Don't throw them out!"

I'm cooking some butts today for a weekend gathering and threw the cubed points on the smoker a couple of hours ago. Dinner tonight! Thank God for Sharpies!

Love Burnt Ends, they don't make it to the freezer in my house.
