I was dating this girl a few years back, had her over for dinner, I made the whole spread really wanting to impress her. In the fridge I had two filets that I spent a weeks paycheck on. Got the grill ready and asked her how she liked her steak... "well done". I almost cried. I'm glad she dumped me.

The better the cut of meat the rarer I like it.
I don't even cook hamburgers medium well.

Prime Angus? i like mine seared on both sides, and moo'ing in the center.
