Default Brunswick Stew

Took the beef and pork (and chicken)I fixed this weekend and followed Saiko's recipe(thanks Saiko) exceptions are; added, butter beans( I hated lima beans as a kid, but these seem way different),potatoes and 2 tbs of kitchen bouquet, and 1 boullion cube of chipotle.

Just need to let it stew.

Nice tweak on the recipe to make it your own. Looks awesome!

Looks great! I tried Saiko's recipe this weekend as well...used some left over pulled pork, chopped rib meat, and smoked turkey. Fantastic recipe--I brought four big containers in for some co-workers.

Looks realllly good ! I pulled a recipe down from the net of(supposedly!?) Smokey Bones Brunswick. Don't know if it really is, but it's good enough to recommend it also!
