you are living my dream!
I am so close to moving just so I can open up BBQ stand/ retail, the problem with living in K.C is that there is a BBQ restaurant almost everywhere, over a 100 of them, heck I have a choice of 3 or more(if famous daves counts) within 10 minutes from my house.

good luck, and congrats!

Congrats and best of luck.

We have a local landscaper that uses his trucks for free advertising. He is contantly moving them around town to match traffic patterns. Yesterday, one was located at the I35 on ramp to catch mornng commuters. Genuis idea. t

I can't wait bud the charcoal expense and the clean up with the volume I am doing is getting out of control. I will be picking your brian on the learning curve as well as matt with OC Pig who has the 750.

Well this isn't going to happen this year the owner didn't want to deal with all the town board issues so on to the next. We may just buy a premade building and put it on blocks and hook it up to utilities to serve out of. Everything just turned off like a switch now so i guess it's for the best.
