Question Beef petite sirloin roast help.

i have a 4# petite sirloin roast i want to put on my uds. any thoughts on what temp to cook and done temp and on rub. any thoughts will be apreciated. oh yea saw a eye of round roast. what the hell is this. asked the butcher(meat department man) and he said he had no idea.looked good but no fat. not sure if i want to give one a try.

I like to do beef roasts at 275 and cook until 125 - 130 internal than rest for about 30 minutes. Nice and medium rare. If you would prefer medium then go to 135. Montreal steak seasoning is nice on a roast.

If your meat dept man has no idea what an eye of round is, i'd be shopping elsewhere!

I agree with Ron L on temps for that particular cut of meat.
