Picnic, Turkey Legs, Red Chile, Oldies, Red Chile, thread(Pron on its way)
Pron forthcoming. I have a picnic and turkey legs on the drum and getting ready to make a batch of red chile all in the great outdoors. Sunny and 92 here in EP, TX. Gotta love it. I'll be spending the entire day outside, cooking, playing with the kids, hanging out, and having some coldies. Here's the Oldies station I listen to every Sunday. The DJ, Mike Guererro, is the King of Oldies on Sundays. If you guys want to listen, they stream it online. The show is from 12 - 6PM. Good stuff. I asked him to play a song for the Brethren. I aksed him to pick a good one. We'll see what Mike picks. PRON is on its way. PROMISE!!

 Salsa recipe... here's a rough idea....can't give it all away!  about 15 Yellow japs from my glorious jap plant in the garden. These little farkers are HOTTTT!! One small can of mater juice, one lime, my extra japs go into the bag and into the freezer.  Break out the blender. Japs on the bottom, two roma maters sliced in 1/4's, garlic, one small red onion, half bunch of cilantro. You will need some liquid to get this moving.......my liquid of choice is BEER and can of mater sauce. 1/2 a can or so. Then salt and pepper to taste.  For this batch I tossed in some of the Chipotle flakes I made. Great flavor.

 Set up a tent for the kids.......they are napping now!!!!  Can u say PUREEEE...........  one small red onion. THis batch will get used in Nov. or Dec for tamales. Sorry, gotta wait for that pron. About 3tbs of garlic or more........I like MORE!!  Texas Style.....Who 'members the Oilers?? Some hot links.   Skin stuck so I used it as a all natural heat shield and and flipped the picnic over.  Shots for me and wife......KIDS ARE NOW NAPPING!!!  Misc Pron!  Heres the garlic one for the onion duplicate pic!!! SORRY.
