Default Scampi On Risotto Pron
Not the best presentation. Why? Because when I'm ready to plate I want to eat and I'm afraid it will get cold...But I thought I would post a little scampi on a bed of Risotto pron anyway.

It was ggghhhoooooood!

I would not have needed the garnish on the side. The scampi and risotto are good enough.

Leanza, I know what you mean about presentation and being ready to eat. Sometimes I think RTD does the pretty presentation and photos and has Chinese takeout for dinner that night and has the pretty stuff the next night

Scampi and risotto make a nice combo - did you do the risotto from scratch?
