I eyeballed it but if I had to guess, 1/2 cup Beef Broth and 1/4 cup Kahlua
would be pretty close. I poured the Kahlua over both pieces of meat till they looked
wet from it then added the beef broth until I had about 1/2 inch of liquid in the bottom of the pan.
