Default Book Review: Serious Barbecue

Those of you who appreciate great cookbooks should check out this book by Adam Perry Lang.

That really seems like a book that I should pick up. Good way to have a resource guide on hand. There aren't really any "new" ideas out there, just improvements on old ones.

I have the book and have read it cover to cover.

There IS quite a bit of interesting writing there, but for me I like plane ole BBQ.

Just meat or fish with a little seasoning so I can enjoy the flavors

Therefor I follow the KISS formula.

How do you get your cooker and stuff through airport security?
