Default amount of meat in here?

ok if i went with this grill just how much meat could i fit in here?
my local sams club has the boston (i think lol) pork butts at about 2 10 # butts in a package and 8 in a case
they are about 10-12# average
how many could i fit on this grill.......says 626 sq inches cooking space so im figuring its about 20 deep and 30 long

4 good sized butts, perhaps 6-8 crammed/jammed in there....

Started competing in chili cookoffs back in the 1990's and have competed in more than I care to count. I became a CBJ in MiM in 2005, then MBN and in GBA in 2010. I've probably judged 130+- BBQ comps (sanctioned and unsanctioned) over this time. That said, I really enjoy competing more than I enjoy judging, and hope to get back to doing 4 or 5 a year in the near future.

so 4 big or 6 small?
if i was going to need to do 8 what sized grill would i need?
would an 800 sq inch be enough?

I get 6 to 8 with no problem at all on mine. There is a "smoke rack" that will give you extra space for ribs and such.

I love my 075...
