Default Ronelle had a little lamb :)

and it's meat was very tasty!

Someone bought a frenched rack of lamb from Trader Joe's a while back and said that it was good so I bought one for dinner tonight. It was frozen in cryovac and preseasoned with rosemary and garlic. I grilled it in Eggbert until it was medium rare. I also grilled a couple of red skin taters cut in half, scored and drizzled with a little EVOO and sprinkled with some Lawry's Seasoned Salt.

To quote Larry's culinary idol... Yum-o!

Looks good! I haven't had lamb in a long time, even though I've got one running around out back. Kids think it's a pet though

Ronelle had to cook it before it could tell us the real story! Looks like he did it right.... in the end.

I'm in the same boat. My wife won't eat lamb or most seafood so when she has to work late I cook lamb or seafood
