Hello Guys,

Does anyone have a good recipe/technique for smoking Salmon? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance for sharing!

One thing I learned, after my first one turned out really good and my second atempt feed the racoons, lol.

The Salmon has to be very firm before smoking, and dont use farmed raised salmon.
