Default My first smoker

Hi all new guy here. I've been grillin forever but this is my
first smoker. I built it for my birthday . So far I've smoked
a turkey , two chickens , burgers, ribs, and tuesday i smoked my first brisket.

Smoked up pork chops and MOINKS today. I've had the meatballs
in many different sauces but I never heard of MOINKS until yesterday. I learned something new already cool!!!

Outstanding work good man. The size ratio between the firebox and the smoke chamber will serve you well - no need for thick wall material, insulation or thermal mass.

And you can tune that thing like any other offset. Get you some tuning plates and introduce a damper twixt the firebox and chamber and I'll buy one.
