look what i found on my doorstep after work! thanks rolf!



bootsie says it fits on the plate setter, lets try it in the egg and season it up with some pepper bacon!





seems to work fine!

stay tuned for further testing in the next month.

tonight, i removed one section with tongs and added cherry chips prior to cooking the sausage. worked pretty well.

that was about 5 minutes on the bacon
