1st UDS smoke PRON
After last nights extremely successfully test burn i went right into the first real test.
A small brisket ( all i could find on short notice)     and some ribs.  Also note my new black lid,  which happened to come with a old style performer for $30 i grabbed off CL today  I don't know what i am going to do it since i already have a RED performer, but for $30 there was no way i was going to pass it up, it is in great condition. I'll just use the lid for now until i find donor kettle for the black lid.

Nice looking Vittles there, are one of those ribs for me ? lol. Congrats on the CL find, Everything I see on CL here are older Gassers. I'll keep looking, I might get lucky one of these days. Good luck with your UDS..
