dr chickens double smoked ham
I am having trouble finding several ingredients on the list. I couldn't find real rum extract so I settled for imitation. Also on the maple syrup do you guys find that it matters if its grade A or B?

Don't use imitation anything on this recipe.
In my opinion this recipe is good, but not worth the work involved. But if you have your heart set on doing it, PM me you address and I'll send you my bottle of real rum extract. I won't be using it again. |
