Default Pig Roast Last Weekend

Things did not go as planned. Never made my sauce, good thing I suppose, my dad and uncle showed up with my grandfather's and it was mighty tasty. I thought the pig looked a tad crisp but the end result was (dad tends to try to hurry things along some times)...well pretty damn good.

What did you do with the skin? I remember as a boy my uncle sprinkling the skin with a little celery salt to crisp it up. Probably not good for the cholesterol but I remember it was mighty tasty!
