We are going to be buying a cambro for comps and wonder if something like this will do the trick?

We want to be able to hold 2 briskets and 2 butts (all whole) will this provide enough space for all that meat?

yep, that'll do the trick, pretty sure its a cambro under a different name. 2 whole pans will hold ur briskets, and you can get a 1/2 pan for each butt.
