Default Breakfast Fatty

I want to smoke a fatty for breakfast, and I wanted to know it is OK after it is cooked to save overnight in refrigerator and warm it up the next morning?

Two might last the first day if it's jsut you eating. Three will give you a better chance at having something left over the next morning for breakfast.

For a while I stuffed them with jalapeno and cheese which is awesome. But just plain with rub or wrapped in bacon has become my favorite. Sliced on a biscuit with some eggs is the breakfast cardiologists recommend!

I do it all the time... In fact, I've been known to do 4 or 5 and freeze the extra one....
