I had bought a nice Top Sirloin a Walmart along with a slab of
Pork Ribs...they were right at the cut off date to either cook them
or freeze them.
As you can see....they are both on the Grill. The two extra pieces of
Pork are just from some trimming of the ribs.

Just turned the Top Sirloin...it's a big one.
It'll be ready in just a few minutes.

The Top Sirloin is done...it was so big, I had to cut it into 3 pieces to
make it fit on the plate.

Here is a bite size piece cut off...it was just right.

The Ribs are going to be a while longer as I turned off the
two burners on the right...leaving just the 1 burner on the
left going ....for Cooking by Indirect heat.

Pork Ribs are off the grill now....just need to let them rest
for a bit.

Ribs are now cut up ...on the plate...and ready to be
introduced to my stomach.

I only had a little of the Top Sirloin ...as it will be used
for several different meals throughout the week.

Looks real good, I'm close if you need help getting rid of that big steak :shock::eusa_clap:grin::!:
