Default First Time Fatty, MOINK, ABT, and Pig Candy

Wanted to cook something up for the guys on the midshift last night. Left work a little early, got a pork butt ground, frozen meatballs, jalaps, and bacon.
No pron of the prep, was in a hurry to get this on the smoker and catch a nap before heading back to work.

All ready to go:

The pig candy never made it back into the house. The wife loved it, but had a little too much cayene. Will tone it down a bit next time.

MOINK!

The ABTs were almost too hot to eat,,, almost. Even the wife, who eats jalaps like potato chips said they were very hot.

The Fatty. (note to self: next time put the seam facing UP so the cheese doesnt run out)

Was pleased with my first attempt.

Brought the fatty and a loaf of bread to work. Didn't last very long.

Weird. We made a batch of ABT's last weekend and ours WERE too hot to eat. For the first time ever, I ate only one of them as did my wife. I did them the same way as we have for years and they were just HOT. Maybe its the most recent crop?

Everything else looks great!
