I think JD just did some at 275 for 1 hour then opened them up and sauced them and gave them another 15 mins

Unfoiled, 400*, 20ish minutes.

The juices will start pooling on the top, they're done.

I pre cook ribs, no sauce then reheat in foil withy apple juice low for 1 hour but throw on grill to refirm up bark.
Low and Slow.....
