Default Tonight's dinner pron

Okay, it was simple fare, but very good. We had some boneless/skinless chix breasts that I wanted to cook before I went through what N8man did (thanks for the warning, Nate_.

Cooked up a BIG batch of fresh green beans and taters with bacon and Todd's Original Dirt (btw, my kids said they were the BEST they had ever had, thanks, Todd).

Brined the chicken for a while and then seasoned with Big Brother Smoke's chicken seasoning (thanks, Steph).

Fired up the Webber Kettle with Mesquite charcoal. Heated up some Fall Creek BBQ sauce and away we went.

Oh, most importantly (in my mind) is my son Andrew said he wanted to help do the BBQ sauced chix (his favorite) - so he did everything with those except the brining.

No pix of the plated food - smelled too good!!!

Thanks, guys - both kids are helping do a pork butt. My daughter was insistant that I let her clean out the firebox ashes...and help start the fire. Weird.
