Here is the pulling of the pork, and vacuum packed for the freezer.

Sorry for the poor quality pics. My hands were greasy so had my wife take them.

I think the vacuum bags is a great idea. Looks outstanding.

Now, I have tried and tried to teach my wife how to work that camera too.

The bottom bag -- that one's mine, right? Good looking stuff!

Dave, vac seal makes it last a lot longer than Ziplocks. A lot! Like a couple YEARS in my freezer. Not that it stays that long, but I had a very small pack of goat that was pushed aside for 2 years before we ate it.

It does last longer, but I've never let it last too long, so hard to say.

I want one of those food savers...i am getting married in a month, and I think that is probably the only thing on our registry that requested.
