Here is the pulling of the pork, and vacuum packed for the freezer.
Sorry for the poor quality pics. My hands were greasy so had my wife take them.

The bottom bag -- that one's mine, right? Good looking stuff!
Dave, vac seal makes it last a lot longer than Ziplocks. A lot! Like a couple YEARS in my freezer. Not that it stays that long, but I had a very small pack of goat that was pushed aside for 2 years before we ate it.
