Default My First Bacon Explosion

Tried out my first Bacon Explosion and it turned out really good.
Here is what I did.
I am definetly going to do this again and experiment with ingredients.
Makes a great sammmmich for lunch.

3 lbs ground pork butt spread out.
Light brush of bbq sauce and seasoned with garlic salt and lemon pepper.
fried up 8 stripes of bacon crisp and broke in small pieces and scattered them out.
(you can use your imagination but here are the ingredients I used and spread out)
2 large jalepenos diced, one large orange bell pepper diced, 2 bunches (10-12 total) of green onions diced, mushrooms diced, one bag grated cheese jack / cheddar
Roll up the ingredients and set aside
Make a weave of bacon – (I used Wright’s bacon)
Place the pork roll on the bacon weave and roll it up.
(I used some thin twine and tied it up to secure the bacon)
Put it on the WSM low heat 200-225 for about 4 hours until it hit 160 / 165 internal temp.
