Default First Thing I've Smoked Fatty)

Well I fired up my new smoker for the first time on Tuesday night. I made my first Fatty...Wasn't bad...Used ground sausage, pepperoni, onions, mushrooms, Italian cheese, and bacon. Seasoned it with some Plowboys Yardbird Rub. Wasn't bad, but can only get better from here!

Looks like you did a great job!

Give a plane (no stuffing, no rub, no bacon ) a shot next time and then make it into gravy for your biscuits... you'll end up making both from that point on!
