Default Competition Supplies

One more question...my first competition is approaching, where can I find a good list of essential supplies?

This reminds me of the old radio commercial where the guy goes camping and takes nothing but a case of beer... I'm thinking if you have enough, you can borrow whatever you forget.

That said, I too love me a good list. Look forward to reading whatever gets posted by the more compulsively thorough among us.

Those lists are a guideline.. do a practice cook in your backyard with all 4 catagories like a normal contest.. whatever you drag out of the house to the backyard, put on your list.. It'll be not as much as you think..

Helps to follow your list too, hard to make a mustard slather when you dont bring mustard. Just as hard to oil your sausage casings when you dont bring oil!
