Default Neighborhood Block Party

Just found out today that our annual neighborhood block party is next Tuesday at 5:00. I'm asking for suggestions on what to bring.

I have the next 3 days to prepare, but will be working until 4:30 Tuesday, so I will have to precook. My bride will be home Tuesday to warm it up for serving.

I'm leaning towards ribs. Cook them up Monday and put them in foil pans for my bride to reheat Tuesday afternoon while I'm at work.

Anyone have any other suggestions?

how many people would you have to cook for ?

Ribs can get costly after a few racks...

Restaurant Depot usually has rib tips pretty cheap.

I was gonna say MOINK's, but that depends on how many you are planning on feeding...

MOINKS are a great idea. I've got the rest of the weekend to prep.

Thanks for the suggestions.

Pork butts to 170 then put through the meat slicer, foil pan then reheat when you get there.
