LOL!I had Friday night steak night but didn't take any pics. The T-bones were ugly. Still tasted great, but not pic worthy.

Oops...sorry guys...I spaced it this weekend... Anyhoo...

Friday Night was NY strips and spuds on the BGE......(see...)

French Grey Sea Salt and cracked black pepper...

Spuds rubbed with EVOO and sprinkled wih kosher salt...

My "trying to get creative" shot...

The cast iron grate makes for a juicy steak...

I love the crispy skins on the BGE spuds...

Even Jake got a few tasty tid-bits...

No smokin' on Saturday and Sunday...just a whole lotta wine and music at the annual Chateau Ste Michelle "Smooth Jazz Festival"...ahhhh...time to kick back and chill...

Have a great weekend folks!

I got my farkin' brisket!!!

SuperWallyWorl had three left. I got the smallest one (it's just me, The Missus, and maybe my daughter). 13 pounds of beefy goodness (iffin' I don't screw it up)...

I had to cut part of it off to make it fit in my cooker...

I've got 2 racks of St. Louis Spares on the WSM right now. I'm really starting to like no foil ribs. This will be my 4th time cooking this way.
