I'd go look at it and if it looks ok and you want it, offer $70, if they say no they ask what they will let it go for and give it to them. I don't have a WSM so I may not be giving the best advice.

I'd offer them $40 and start going up from there. It's called haggling and always makes CL finds sweeter when you get their price down.
