Looks terrific, grilled teriyaki chicken is a favorite of absolutely everyone in my family. Did you use a thick glaze or a thin sauce? Both are good but quite different.

I only ate a little of it, and it was tasty. It was brined in a thin teriyaki marinade that I make. Then it is put on the kettle and smoked with a honey/marinade (fresh) mix. I then glaze with same after it is done smoking and let the heat come up. This also works on a hot grill as well, the way I learned at church, over a oak fire in an open pit.
