Default More Bubba Keg Peach Dessert Photos

I had a bunch of peaches left again, so I decided, after grilling a bunch of veggies for dinner, I'd make a regular crisp. I took about 4 large peaches, 1 pint of local blueberries, 3 tbsp all-purpose flour, juice from 1 lemon, 2 tbsp cane sugar, 1/8 tsp ground cloves, 1 tsp cinnamon, a dash of salt and 1 shot of Maker's Mark and combined in a bowl.

Crust was 3/4 cup flour, 3/4 cup oats, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 stick of melted butter, dash of salt, some more cinnamon, all mixed up with a fork until crumbly.

Fruit went into enameled cast iron bakers, with topping on it. 375 degrees for about 25 minutes, or until crust looks done and the innards are nice and bubbly.

Lookin good. I am just thinking that if you had a dutch oven----you might be dangerous. In your area it should be flooded with cast iron cookwear marked "Erie"
