Default 26 lbs of spares and a butt

The spares didn't last long enough to get a pic when they were done! Used Weber Canadian Steak rub, basted with Coke and let the smoker do the hard work. Trimmed the skirt and the big steak like piece off the spares and cooked them for "rib tips".
My daughters friends and boyfriend thought I was a rockstar of bbq!

I also had a butt on there..It's in the cooler now, resting

All in all a great day! Good food, good friends and family and good beer
Hi my names Steve, I have a problem........
