Pulled Pork in the fridge

How long can PP stay in the fridge before I decide to freeze it?

I may have missed the window. I pulled it on Wednesday...

I would say you're good. Smell it; taste it.

Smoke acts as a curing agent so (IMHO) smoked meat lasts a little longer in the fridge than your average meat.
