Default Pork Loin

I did a Pork Loin roast on the #7 Red Kamado today and i think it's my best one yet. I do them a lot and have used several smokers. I always do Bill's TK method the only thing different today is the roast was partially frozen.

I knew I should have bought that cooker! But after me having it, I couldn't think of a better AZ Bro to have it than you. Looks like you are doing it proud. Ya think you could make me an heir in your will? Just kidding. Congrats!

Capturing the au ju in foil is the key to a good loin. Looks great!
